The International Conference Center, including the Huafa CPAA Grand Theatre, is designed in a contemporary classical style, offering a luxurious atmosphere and a strong cultural atmosphere.
The project design started in 2011 and the Phase 1 construction was completed in 2018. Sustainability and cost control were key concerns throughout the design process.
